One of Trent’s favorite sounds was mud squishing between their toes when they entered the creek in their backyard. The siblings would jump in, all of their clothes on, and pretend to be piranhas. It was shallow, so their mom let them all dance around in the dirt so long as they used the hose outside to rinse off—mostly unsupervised except her looking out the deck door every so often.
This stoneware starts its life as pure, mineral rich clay fed by the azure depths of the Mediterranean sea. All work is made in Tunisia and is sustainable and fair trade. Workers benefit from Social insurances, 8 hour work days, 5 day work weeks, enrollment with the Tunisian National Labor Union, safe work conditions, no child labor, and no labor exploitation.
