THE BASIC B
Meet Bri, our spokesperson for The Basic B cheese board personality (and we mean that with love). Bri is the “mom” of her group of friends. She’s caring, reliable, and people can’t help but want to share their life stories with her. Bri is the sort of person who will buy the same thing over and over, or eat granola every day for breakfast, because it’s what she likes. She loves the basics but never makes them feel basic.

Meet Bri!
Cheese Board Personality: THE BASIC B
You know there are options but you also believe in tradition. Your cheese plate should feature 3-5 different cheeses from the five basic types of cheese.
MAKING YOUR BOARD:
Grab a bright chevré, a silky triple creme brie, a fudgy cheddar, a nice nutty aged Gouda or Pecorino, and an interesting blue.
Go for nuts, grapes, and dried fruit to keep it simple. There is something for everyone to nibble with your cheese plate.

THE CHEESE TYPES: WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU EATING?
No one can seem to agree on how many different types of cheese there really are. We break cheeses into categories by how they are made and we name them in a way that it’s easy for everyone to understand!
