The one and only Jasper Hill Farm has been breaking new ground in the American artisan cheese landscape since 2003. They have an active creamery on site where they craft their original cheeses, as well as The Cellars, which is an innovative facility where they age their own cheeses along with others made by local farms, such as Cabot Creamery and VonTrapp Family Farm. Their goal is to support and promote Vermont’s working landscape and create a “taste of place” unique to Vermont. 

Tulip Tree Creamery is a small batch artisanal creamery in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a dairy consultant, owner Fons Smits has worked with creameries all over the world, and for his own unique cheeses, he draws inspiration from European cheeses, but adds his own twist. All Tulip Tree cheeses are made exclusively with microbial rennet (see rennet), so they are vegetarian friendly. 

Vermont Shepherd is one of the oldest and most respected sheep’s milk dairies in the United States, recognized both for the quality of its cheeses and its stewardship of their land. Embracing the seasonality that’s inherent in farming, they have two distinct award-winning cheeses—Verano, made in the summer with their own sheep’s milk, and Invierno, made in the winter with their own sheep’s milk and cow’s milk from a neighboring farm.

Located in Hubbardston, Massachusetts this farm has been operating since 1971 and still handcrafts their award-winning spin on French chèvre, called “Capri”.

Nestled in the northern countryside of Holland, Beemster cheese has been making cheese for over 115 years. Using exclusively Beemster cows and goats to produce top quality milk, they now produce over a dozen deliciously unique cheeses ranging from smooth and buttery to hard and nutty. 

Founded in 1984 as Vermont Butter and Cheese Company, the Vermont Creamery is an artisanal butter and cheese producer out of Websterville, Vermont. Using inspiration and experience with French cheese making, this certified B-Corp business makes some of the best goat cheeses in America. 

Spring Brook Farm Cheese is a traditional dairy farm in Reading, Vermont that has been active for over 300 years, passed down from generation to generation. Their line of three award-winning cheeses are made from 100% raw Jersey cow milk, sourced from their own farm and neighboring farms. Spring Brook Farm is also the working farm of the Farm for City Kids, an educational program that combines classroom studies with firsthand farming experience to promote interpersonal‚ leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This team of determined brothers-in law opened a creamery in the hills of Utah in 2005 with very little experience, but an immense amount of passion and drive. Now 16 years later, Beehive Cheese produces some of the creamiest and most delicious cheeses in the United States all using high quality Utah-sourced milk. 

Owned and operated by the Musser Family since 2006, Milton Creamery started to fulfill the dream of creating jobs in the community and adding value to the milk that was being made in Southern Iowa. Milton Creamery works with a team of over 30 people and local Amish farmers to source their milk and make their cheeses.

This 300 acre farm spanning across the Champlain Valley of Vermont was established in 1864 by a man named Consider Stebbins Bardwell as the first dairy co-op in Vermont. Today, the tradition lives on, with this farm producing high quality pasture-raised raw milk cheeses with the help of Indian River Farm.

Boston Post Dairy is a little family run farm is located along the Missisquoi River near Jay Peak in Vermont and is named after the Old Boston Post Stagecoach road, which happens to run right through the property! The family have been farming since 1962 where they have produced cheeses, maple syrups, and even fresh cheese curds!

VSmiley Preserves makes a line of seasonal handcrafted jams and marmalades sweetened with honey all on their Bristol, Vermont farm called “Lil To Do”. This farmland belonged to Smiley’s family, though it had not been used for anything besides hay for many years. Using high quality local honey and fruits, herbs and flowers from her farm- VSmiley Preserves was born.

Watermelon Road was born from a love for wholesale food and clean eating, this company makes uniquely flavored dried fruit jerkies that are paleo, gluten free and vegan. Each small batch is prepared by hand and made from the highest quality ingredients. 

A passion-turned-product, Top Seedz was created out of a love for healthy eating. Owner Rebecca would make seed crackers and roasted seeds at home and wanted to share them with the world.
