During Covid-19 lock downs they worked with their extremely talented team of cheese lovers and created something new to help curds&co teach the world about cheese boards and provide them with beautiful and tasty products. Jenn, a natural storyteller, who runs the businesses day-to-day tasked the team to build boards&co, an e-commerce division of curds&co that provides everything you need to make easy, beautiful, and delicious cheese boards.

Jenn and Matt opened curds&co, their first cheese store in Brookline, MA in the summer of 2017. Since then they have opened a second store at the Boston Public Market and launched curdbox.com a cheese+pairing discovery subscription.

"We really like to think of ourselves as a content company that sells delicious and informative content," Jenn says. "We started on this transformation of our company in 2021 before the whole world changed and we had to change with it. Now we are fully focused on this endeavor. People sometimes ask us who our competitors are and we really and truly believe we don't have any. Our hope is that everything we do leads people to stop eating boring and to discover their local cheese and specialty stores. If we do our job right, we will help these stores, and the makers and everyone in between!"
